Comparison Counter The purpose of the COMPARISON COUNTER tool is to compare two individuals in five or fewer observer-generated categories, or to compare two behaviors in five or fewer individuals using counter data gathering. This is to accommodate the need to make a base/target comparison for a variety of educational purposes where the nature of the data being gathered requires a counting of data points.
