Is there a site license? The assistant principal, principal, 2 teacher leaders, and 2 special ed teachers all want to use eCOVE.No, we don't have site licenses. A site license is one where anyone in the building/district can use the one license and run eCOVE. Site licenses are priced to cover the full potential users, with a discount of course. Because eCOVE can be used by so many different users, the cost of a site license would be fairly high.
A computer license is for one computer , not the user or site -- you can share the computer, but not the license. (Definition: computer is taken to mean desktop computer, or laptop, or netbook). Handheld licenses may not be registered to more than one computer but multiple handheld licenses can be registered to the same computer.
Each device that's used to gather data needs to have its own license key - but that device can be share among multiple users. For example, the special education teachers and aides could check out a single device to gather data when they need to. Only one license is needed for that device.
And we do give significant discounts based on the number of licenses in the entire district, starting with just 5 licenses. Back to Top

How do I open your zip files?1. Save the .zip archive (sent as a file attachment or to be downloaded from a web site) somewhere on your hard disk. 2. Once the .zip file is saved, open the folder you saved it in and double-click on the file. 3. Both Windows and Mac will launch the program that handles .zip files and open the .zip archive. 4. Extract the files from the archive to some place on your hard disk.
If you don't have a program that will open a ZIP file, click here to download the trial version of WinZip. Back to Top
